The 333 Club

The St. Bernard Development Office recently announced the establishment of “The 333 Club” as part of the Campaign for St. Bernard. “Members who join this club will play a significant role in the restoration of the St. Bernard Library now underway. Fr. Marcus Voss, Director of Development said the financial support given by those in the club will help provide much needed classrooms, centralize the three libraries on campus, and create an academic center for our school and Abbey.

The organization is named “The 333 Club” in recognition of the following: St. Bernard is seeking 300 alumni and benefactors, who will give a total of $3,000, which can be paid over the next 3 years. “‘The 333 Club’ invites a wide range of people to be involved in our campaign,” said Fr. Marcus. “We have a little over $4M toward the campaign’s $5.25M goal. Members of this club will truly make a difference as we work to successfully reach our overall goal.”

The members of “The 333 Club” will join many others who will be recognized for their contributions toward the campaign. In particular, the Alumni/Benefactor Room, located on the first floor of the library building, will be named in honor of the Club. Fr. Marcus was quick to add, “If being a part of this group is not financially feasible at this time, I ask our donors to consider a donation over the next 3 years that more appropriately suits their current budget.”

“Donations via credit or debit card are most welcome as are gifts of securities or real estate,” Fr. Marcus continued. “All donations will greatly benefit St. Bernard today and also future generations who will come to this special place.”
